How We Help?

“To get optimum results, we must first build Trust vs. Invulnerability, by showing our HUMAN SIDE.”

~ Patrick Lencioni from “The Five Temptations of a CEO”

PT1 We help our clients with clarity, accountability, and honest qualified feedback. Sometimes we may challenge your assumptions, and provide a different point of view to help change the energy and direction of your focus. We all have blind spots, this is why mastermind groups with other bright, caring, and positive people can be such a great idea.

FastPath Mastermind Groups are really not just a place to come and get some of your questions answered, we believe a great mastermind group is also where we come to get some of our best answers questioned. We can learn so much from our peers. Everyone has times of challenge, and days, or even years feeling stuck in some areas of life.

Some from stress, anxiety, or even some imagined forms of fear. We all go through that at different levels. In business that’s called “So What?”… we still need to properly identify the cause of our problems, and make decisions to resolve the problems and keep moving forward. Imagine now having access and solid advice from up to 12 other leaders, and many who have already solved that issue who can assist you with better questions, better solutions, and better results to keep you more productive.

That’s the essence of a productive mastermind. We help each other to be more productive, to keep a positive attitude (as much as possible), and keep moving forward by asking for help before, or when we need help.
It’s an important part of life’s journey. Life has a brilliant way of getting our attention and showing us our strengths and weaknesses. Remember, “what dosen’t kill us makes us stronger.” Since 1996, we have been helping our clients with all forms of business and personal issues to improve their life experience and to grow their revenues and happiness.

We are primarily a business to business organization, however we feel positive about -our decision to exclude nothing. It’s become fairly normal that a client, or one of their employees is interested in discussing personal life issues outside of the work place that are affecting the quality of their contribution during working hours. We are qualified and certified in life coaching as well and equipped to handle most non-emergency, non-medical issues. We have found that your business, and your income, will always suffer when real life issues are weighing us down.

Often, just having someone to listen and share some qualified life coaching advice can make all the difference very quickly in their performance and results.

“RISKS”,
by Janet Rand

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool,
To weep is to risk being called sentimental.
To reach out to another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk showing your true self.
To place your ideas and your dreams before the crowd is to risk being called naive.
To love is to risk not being loved in return,
To live is to risk dying,
To hope is to risk despair,
To try is to risk failure

But risks must be taken, because the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing.
The person, who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing.
He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn, feel, change, grow or love.
Chained by his certitude, he is a slave; he has forfeited his freedom.
Only the person who risks is truly free.
Often attributed to the poet and thinker, Leo Buscaglia, the real author of this inspirational verse is Janet Rand.
